BSDF grinding machine is our latest advanced hammer mill set.It combines coarse crusher,middle fine milling and fine milling area(3 milling areas) together.Material will be milled three times at the same time.It is suitable for grinding many kinds of materials,such as various of spice, leaves, grains, chickpea, arabic gum,cassava...etc.

Working method:

The BSDF mill part includes 3 groups of knives, they are 1.coarse crush knife group,2. middle fine crush knife group ,3.fine milling knife group.Each group has one unit of knives and one liner.Material is fed into the mill chamber,pass through the high speed rotation caused by the three groups of knives one by one.Material is crushed three times in one mill chamber, then become fine powder.Between middle fine crush knife group and fine mill knife group, there is a device designed for preventing coarse granule go to fine milling area,so powder fineness is assured.The rotor speed is controlled by inverter, different particle size is achieved by adjusting rotation speed.There is no screen mesh in mill chamber,so only very little heat rises in mill chamber.

Main features:

1) No need screen or sieve in mill chamber, change powder particle size by changing speed;
2) The mill combines 3-stage grinding (coarse crusher, middle fine mill and fine mill) in one mill chamber, which means it can make fine powder directly from big raw material, very effective, and no need to use a coarse crush as a pre-mill.
3) Because it has no screen in mill chamber,while milling, there is almost no heat rising in mill chamber;
No need to worry about powder gets stuck in the screens or product quality be affected by the heat from the mill.That's why it is very suitable for grinding heat-sensitive material or material contains fiber or a little oil.
4) It can save more power, its capacity is much bigger than other same motor type traditional mill.

1. Crusher part:It combines coarse crusher,middle fine milling and fine milling area together.

2. Cyclone part:cyclone can seperate dust from powder(granules).Rotary valve make powder discharge speed even,and is also made of stainless steel.It is convinent to clean and dismantle.

3. Pulse Dust Collecting box:dust is collected inside the dust collecting box.Inside box, there are many dust collecting bags and the bag frames are also made of stainless steel and can be disassembled easily.With pulse-jet cleaning, dust can be collected very conviniently.
